Cool, even temperatures in San Francisco Bay contribute to this rich, old world style Pinot Noir. Aged for 18 months and boasting flavors of Bing cherry, red raspberries, dried cranberries with a hint of allspice and sweet toasted French Oak, this wine pairs well with plank roasted salmon or your favorite bowl of Cioppino.
Production Notes
Bishop’s Vineyard grapes are grown on our own properties across the Easy Bay area of California. However, our wines are produced and bottled by Shauna Rosenblum of Rock Wall Winery in Alameda, CA. Shauna, who practically grew up in a wine cellar due to her wine-maker father Kent, is committed to limited production winemaking geared toward good taste and a sense of adventure. Rock Wall Winery, located on a former Naval Air base, was created in 2008 by Kent and Shauna and focuses on making great wine sourced from all across the great state of California.
