2014 Bishop's Vineyard Chardonnay Reserve
2014 Bishop's Vineyard Chardonnay Reserve
The warm days, cool nights and morning fog in the San Francisco Bay highly influence our Chardonnay, which boasts the flavors of Meyer lemon, butterscotch, vanilla and toasty coconut. Aged in French Oak, this wine pairs well with barbecued prawns or local, wild-caught halibut.
Production Notes
Bishop’s Vineyard grapes are grown on our own properties across the Easy Bay area of California. However, our wines are produced and bottled by Shauna Rosenblum of Rock Wall Winery in Alameda, CA. Shauna, who practically grew up in a wine cellar due to her wine-maker father Kent, is committed to limited production winemaking geared toward good taste and a sense of adventure. Rock Wall Winery, located on a former Naval Air base, was created in 2008 by Kent and Shauna and focuses on making great wine sourced from all across the great state of California.
