Pairing With Chardonnay: Nothing Fishy About It

The weather is heating up and summer is quickly approaching. If you’re like us here at Bishop’s Vineyard, then you love sipping a nice, crisp glass of Chardonnay while you relax on your deck. Are you looking for the perfect dish to pair with those hints of vanilla, toasted coconut and butterscotch found in our 2014 Reserve? Try some grilled white fish or seafood linguine in a cream sauce, as almost all seafood perfectly compliments your glass of Chardonnay.
